Ayrton Senna, McLaren Honda MP4/5, Adelaide, 1989.
Terry Marshall captures Ayrton Senna sitting in the pits at the Australian Grand Prix. Senna would go on to take his 42nd pole by 7 tenths over Alain Prost. The race proved to be a rain soaked disaster when his race ended early, colliding with the back of Martin Brundle's Brabham.
Going into the weekend, a 6-month ban was hanging over Ayrton's head, but he wouldn't let it change his approach to racing, saying "I'll drive the way I have driven all my career".
